TWO COMPETITIONS TO HELP PURGE ENDORPHINS

** SATURDAY - The Central Oregon CrossFit Challenge
A unique event inspired by Redmond Athletic Club and Central Oregon CrossFit. Four individual challenges (designed to take less than 10-minutes each). Each challenge will be scored and prizes awarded for overall and divisional winners.
** SUNDAY - The SAGE BRUSH SKEDADDLE
A 5-6 mile adventure foot race. The terrain is HIGH DESERT and many OBSTACLES have been added to enhance your experience. An event where scramble meets cross country and adventure... with some 'Bradmade' features to challenge your will and boost your adrenaline.

DO ONE EVENT? DO THEM BOTH. YOU CHOOSE.
** Awards will be given for both events (Overall and Division)
** SPECIAL AWARDS WILL BE GIVEN TO PARTICIPANTS WHO DO BOTH THE SKEDADDLE and the CROSS-FIT CHALLENGE. THE X-MAN COMPETITION!

The Cross-Fit Challenge starts at HIGH NOON -- SATURDAY
The SAGEBRUSH SKEDADDLE starts at 10:AM -- SUNDAY

ALL ACTIVITES WILL TAKE PLACE AT THE BEARLY THERE RANCH

NO COURSE PREVIEWS WILL BE ALLOWED.
