Printable Multi-Event Application - X-Dog Events

X-Dog will be offering several special event forms online. We now have printable registration available for the entire 2005 season.  You will need Adobe Acrobat to view the document. If you do not have the program, you may get it for free here.

 2005 Multi-Event Application   Please note, you may fill the form in by typing online, and then printing. This is highly recommended for those who write in less than legible script.  Example: Dave Harding and Mike Tyler.
