A cross country run for all abilities. With a bunch of bonus activities!

* Field Limit: 300
* Fairly flat XC course - (with some MUD and FUN depending on the weather!)
* On the banks of the Willamette River
* Team Competitions.

Requirements:
None. Anyone may participate. No qualifying is necessary and all abilities are welcome.

Course:
The course will cover a distance of 5 kilometers(roughly) on some varied terrain. The primarily flat course will explore the Heiser Farm land and the banks of the Willamette River.

KIDS RACE:
There will be a kids race immediately following the OPEN race. It will be about 1/4 mile of festive fun! Kids race is free, and registration will be done at the event. A canned food donation is appreciated for the Oregon Food Bank.

Awards:
Awards will be given to the top finisher in each age group (14 &Under, 15-19 and then up in 5 year intervals. Men and women).
Overall awards and top masters awards will also be given. The awards ceremony will be at the Farm following the event. The beer garden and entertainment are scheduled to begin at the end of the race.
TEAMS
Team awards will be given to the top men's, women's, and mixed team. Teams will consist of four members . Scoring will be basic cross country scoring.
